These are the terms of business which govern the contract between you and Sound Bankz LLC, (incorporated in California USA (hereafter “we”, “us” or “our”) for any products or services which you purchase from us, including the following (our “Products”):
1. Audio Samples, VST Plugins, Music Loops, MIDI (“Digital Content”)
These terms should be read in conjunction with our website terms of use and our privacy policy.
Please note that all Digital Content is licensed to you and not sold. The following licence applies to all of your use of such materials.
The End User License Agreement
The Sounds remain the property of its manufacturer SOUNDBANKZ LLC , (Collectively, “Licensor”) and are licensed to you as the original end-user (“Licensee”), for use subject to the provisions below. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Licensor.
The Sounds in a category of all products sold on the Sound Bankz Online Store:
1. The Licensee may use the audio wav sounds in combination with other content in music productions (which include soundtracks of such as films, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, computer games and multimedia presentations, library music), public performances, and other reasonable musical purposes
within musical compositions.
2. The Licensee may modify the Sounds and may use them for commercial purposes as part of a musical composition with other sounds.
3. The Licensee MAY NOT use the Sounds in isolation as sound effects (i.e. a sequence of musical events) or within any competitive products that are sold or relicensed to multiple third parties. A right to use the sounds is granted only to the Licensee and is NOT transferable.
4. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of the Sounds , either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any of the enclosed sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product.
5. Licensor will not be responsible if the Sounds do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.
” COPYRIGHT/LICENSING NOTICE : All Rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. The sounds samples in this sample pack are licensed, not sold, to you to be reproduced within your original musical compositions only. All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling or trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser of this product has the right to embody and reproduce the enclosed sounds within their music compositions. The Licensee may use the wav Sounds in combination with other sounds in music productions in all commercials projects.
The Licensee MAY NOT use the wav Sounds in isolation as sound effects (i.e. a sequence of musical events) or within any competitive products that are sold or relicensed to multiple third parties.
This license is granted for a single user only (and is given on a worldwide basis). The license is non-exclusive and is granted for the full period of copyright protection and sounds. You cannot electronically transfer the wav sounds and or place them in a time -sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network. Opening or using this product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.”
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT

If your digital content is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair or a replacement.
If the fault can’t be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some or all of your money back
If you can show the fault has damaged your device and we haven’t used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation. We will help you resolve any problem or issue you may have with any product or sample pack purchases with us. Please contact us
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Ways to pay. Digital Content must be paid for in advance. Where to find the price for the product. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. All payments on SoundBankz are made in (USD). The SoundBankz online shop presents prices in 1 currency. This currency is: US Dollar (USD).

SHIPPING POLICY
There are no shipping costs for items as for all audio samples drum kits, sounds and samples packs are downloadable content and the consumer “customer” or purchaser will receive a download link for the item purchased from our website.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may not return any download digital products that is sold on Sound Bankz. Since the product is automatically downloaded after purchase the customer will have the product instantly. If you have found your sale to be an error and accidentally choose the wrong item in your cart at time of purchase then you can contact us at our customer service email.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refund on items purchased and downloaded however we will issue a refund if we find the transaction to be fraudulant or misconduct with the sale.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
